Printing materials:

·         If you purchased a new product from one of our authorized resellers or Amazon.com, we recommend first contacting them directly for their return policy. We will NOT send a prepaid label.

Membership:

·         Membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time, but your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of your membership term.
